One of the most common problems we get asked to repair are 'Misted' windows.
There are a variety of things that can cause a double glazed unit to mist (Common Faults Page).
In this example the double glazed unit has misted over quite badly and as you can see the window has also got a square leaded design on it.
We replaced this unit with a new one and left off the leadwork as requested by the customer.

Imagine taking delivery of your brand new furniture or moving house and suddenly realise that you can't get the stuff through the entrance doors!
This could be a nightmare if you have to leave your belongings outside for any length of time.
We offer a furniture access service to solve this problem whereby we will remove the glass units or the complete window so you can easily get your furniture inside.
We know deliveries are not always on time so we will stay with you for 1 hour around your expected delivery time. (longer if needed - conditions apply).

Health & Safety is paramount when carrying out any kind of Double Glazing Repair, especially when removing large opening sash windows.
As you can see the Sashmate© tool pictured here makes this tricky job (normally requires 2 men to hold the weight) much safer and easier and even makes it possible for the job to be carried out by one man and no ladder!
Always make sure that any person you get to carry out work on your property is trading legally and are covered with adequate insurances.
